Class packs that start at the first class, memberships with a daily limit, vouchers for morning classes only. Set them once in the dashboard, and Vlora applies them to every booking.
“A 10-class pack is valid for three months from the first class used, not from the day it is bought.”
A class pack's validity is counted from the day it is bought, or from the first class used.
A class pack can also be limited to certain class types or locations. Members see their remaining classes and the expiry date in the member area.
“A monthly membership, but no more than two classes a day.”
Unlimited memberships, or memberships with a quota and a daily class limit.
Staff can pause a membership when a member is injured or on holiday.
“20% off, morning classes only, weekdays, new clients only, and never more than Rp50,000.”
Vouchers limited by hour and day, with a maximum discount.
A voucher can be made for first purchases only. Clients enter the code at checkout and see the discount before they pay.
“Rescheduling within 24 hours costs half the class price.”
A reschedule fee that members pay when they move their class.
A fixed fee or a percentage with a cap, charged every time or only past a deadline. Members move their class from the member area and pay the fee online.
“Reformer classes have a stricter cancellation window than mat classes.”
A cancellation policy per class type, per location, or one for the whole studio.
The terms that apply are recorded on every booking when it is made. If the policy changes, existing bookings keep their old terms.
“Duo and trio sessions are counted per person, not per booking.”
Group bookings, and questions before paying.
A minimum and a maximum number of people, a price per person, and a name for every seat. Clients answer required questions, such as one about injuries, before they pay. A question can apply to one class type or to all of them.
