Pilates studio booking software in Indonesia: 8 options compared
Eight booking apps for pilates and yoga studios in Indonesia and Bali, compared from their own websites: QRIS, class pack rules, branches, pricing and demo questions.

Search for pilates studio booking software in Indonesia and almost every result is a sales page. Each vendor says its product fits your studio. That is fair, but it makes comparing hard.
This article puts eight apps side by side. Each one has a page for pilates or yoga studios in Indonesia. We checked every vendor’s own website on 28 October 2026 and only wrote what is stated there. Where something is not mentioned, we say so instead of guessing.
One thing to know up front: this article is written by the Vlora team, and Vlora is on the list. So we start with the criteria, then describe each app’s strengths as they are. Vlora does not win on every point, and it does not need to.
Global platforms such as Mindbody are left out. The focus is on apps that market themselves to studios in Indonesia, which matters if your clients pay by QRIS and your studio runs on rupiah.
What to check before you choose
On sales pages, the feature lists look almost identical: schedule, booking, class packs, payments. The differences show up in day-to-day operations. These six are the ones that separate the options most often.
1. Limited reformers. A reformer class usually has six to ten spots. Ask what happens when two clients pay for the last spot at the same moment. Is the spot held while the client pays, and released if the payment is not completed?
2. Class pack and cancellation rules. A 10-class pack valid for three months from the first class, reformer classes with a stricter cancellation window than mat, duo sessions priced per person. Every app can sell class packs. The real question is whether it can run your rules without the front desk checking each booking by hand. If your rules are not written down yet, start with these pilates studio cancellation policy templates.
3. Payments that are actually online. There are two models. In the first, the client pays by QRIS or Virtual Account at checkout and the booking confirms itself. In the second, the client transfers or scans a static QRIS code, and someone at the studio records the payment. The second is simpler, but checking transfer receipts does not go away. Also ask where the money lands and what each transaction costs.
4. Branches. A studio with two branches needs more than two schedules. Prices, policies, payment accounts and staff often differ per branch. A branch in Bali runs on WITA, a branch in Jakarta on WIB.
5. Clients who come once. In Bali especially, many clients are travellers who will not create an account for one class. Check whether they can book and pay as a guest, by QRIS or card.
6. Total cost. The subscription is only one part. Add per-location fees, VAT, payment transaction fees, and paid add-ons such as WhatsApp message credits. If you are still budgeting, see how much it costs to open a pilates studio in Indonesia.

The eight apps, one by one
Bukujanji
Who it is for. Pilates and yoga studios in Indonesia, from single-room reformer studios to studios with several branches.
Strengths. A weekly recurring timetable with an instructor per class, and classes that close automatically when full. Session packs and memberships are sold online, with remaining sessions and validity tracked. Packs can work across branches. Clients pay by QRIS, GoPay or bank transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata), and the studio can require a deposit or full payment up front. The website says there are no per-transaction fees, and a studio website on your own domain is included.
Notes. Starter is Rp249,000 per month for one location (Rp199,000 per month billed yearly). Studios with several branches use Pro at Rp549,000 per month per outlet. Automatic class reminders over WhatsApp are an add-on paid with prepaid tokens.
DIRO
Who it is for. Pilates, yoga and wellness studios, with a dedicated page for pilates and reformer studios.
Strengths. A booking website on a yourstudio.diro.app address or the studio’s own domain. The schedule shows instructors and spots left, capacity is set per class or per session, and full classes have a waitlist. Clients pay by QRIS, Virtual Account or e-wallet, and the website mentions automatic payouts to the studio’s bank account. There are also down payments for longer sessions, vouchers, class packs, memberships and event tickets.
Notes. Pricing is not listed. The pricing page is a form to contact sales, with an offer based on the size of your business. diro.app is also a place where consumers find and book pilates, yoga and spa studios. For some studios that is a source of new clients. Ask in the demo how your booking page appears there.
EasyWeek
Who it is for. A general booking system for more than 100 business types, from salons to sports facilities, with a page for pilates studios.
Strengths. Booking for group classes and private sessions, memberships and class packs, a website builder, and mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, both for the studio and for clients. There is a free plan for basic booking, and a 14-day trial of the paid plans.
Notes. Its pilates page mentions online payments without listing the methods. QRIS is not mentioned, so ask directly. Automatic reminders come with the paid plans, and notification costs such as SMS, email or WhatsApp are billed separately. Pro starts at US$8.33 per month.
ForEach Pilates
Who it is for. Pilates studios in Indonesia only, built by an Indonesian company.
Strengths. Online schedule and booking, member profiles with medical history, packs whose remaining sessions go down with each booking, and staff access by role. The interface can be in English or Indonesian. Pricing is clear: Rp300,000 per month for all core features, or Rp200,000 per month for six months for the first five studios.
Notes. The website is upfront about payments: by default, the admin records payments already received by static QRIS, transfer, cash or card. Automatic QRIS confirmation is available as an add-on using the studio’s own payment gateway account, with a 0.7% MDR charged by the gateway provider. Multi-location and a custom domain are premium features.
Olahrago
Who it is for. Yoga and pilates studios, gyms, group classes such as HIIT and barre, and personal trainers.
Strengths. A branded booking website, a recurring schedule with capacity, 10-class or 20-class packs, and subscription memberships. Payment methods: QRIS, e-wallets, mobile banking, cards, bank transfer and Virtual Account. Setup, data migration and initial training are free, with a 60-day trial.
Notes. Pro is Rp349,000 per month billed yearly (Rp499,000 billed monthly), before 11% VAT. Each extra location is another Rp349,000 per month. A Solo plan at Rp99,000 per month suits instructors who teach on their own. A custom domain is an add-on at Rp300,000 per year.
Rezerv
Who it is for. A wide range: gyms, pilates and yoga studios, personal trainers, spas and clinics, and padel, tennis and futsal courts.
Strengths. Class bookings, private sessions, workshops, and room or court rental from one system. Payments by QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet and card, including automatic membership billing. A website builder with templates, and a branded mobile app as an add-on. A one-month trial.
Notes. The pricing page is in US dollars and billed yearly. Starter is USD48 per month for one owner account and one location. Team is USD152 per location per month. Its Indonesian promotional page says plans start from Rp270,000 per month. For a studio with a team and several branches, work it out at the per-location price.
Vibefam
Who it is for. Yoga, pilates, strength, gym and martial arts studios. The website mentions more than 700 studios, with clients in several countries.
Strengths. A long feature list: a floor plan so clients can pick their reformer, waitlists, a studio app on iOS and Android, reminders and promotions over WhatsApp and email, a ClassPass integration, instructor pay calculation, and multi-location reports. Payment methods include Virtual Account, cards, e-wallets, QRIS, retail outlets and PayLater.
Notes. Prices start at Rp680,000 per month billed yearly (Rp790,000 billed monthly), up to Rp1,400,000 for the Professional plan. On top of the subscription, online transactions cost 3.4% to 3.9% plus Rp12,000 each, depending on the plan. If you sell class packs worth millions of rupiah, do this calculation carefully.
Vlora
Who it is for. Wellness studios in Indonesia that sell scheduled classes: pilates, reformer and yoga. This is our product.
Strengths. The seat is held while the client pays and goes back on the schedule if the time limit passes, so the last reformer is never sold twice. Clients pay by QRIS, Virtual Account, e-wallet or card, and the money goes to the studio’s own payment account. Travellers book and pay without creating an account. Each branch can have its own payment account, prices, opening hours, policies and time zone, so a Canggu branch on WITA and a Kemang branch on WIB each keep their own cancellation windows.
Studio rules run on every booking. Class pack validity can start from the first class, a pack can be limited to certain class types, and a membership can have a daily class limit. Cancellation policies can be set per class type, and the terms are recorded on each booking, so a policy change does not touch existing bookings. Duo and trio sessions are priced per person.
Notes. Pricing is not listed on the website. One subscription includes every feature, with no setup fee, and the offer comes over WhatsApp after we talk about your studio. The booking page lives at an address like yourstudio.vlora.app. Onboarding is accompanied by the team, and studios in Bali can meet us in person.
Questions to bring to a demo
Ask every vendor to demo your own classes and rules, not just sample data. You can copy these:
- If two clients pay for the last reformer spot at the same moment, who gets it? How long is the spot held while a client pays?
- Does online payment go straight to the studio’s account, or is it held by the platform first? When can the studio use the money?
- What is the total monthly cost for my studio, including per-location fees, VAT, transaction fees and add-ons?
- Can class pack validity start from the first class used? Can a group class pack be blocked from private sessions?
- Can reformer classes have a different cancellation window from mat classes? If the policy changes, what happens to existing bookings?
- How are duo and trio sessions priced, per person or per booking?
- Can a traveller pay for one class by card or QRIS without creating an account?
- For several branches: can each branch have its own payment account, prices and time zone? Can branch staff see only their branch?
- Can the finance report be matched against the bank statement, by the day money arrived and with reference numbers?
- Who sets up classes, packs and rules at the start, and how long until clients can use the booking page?
The answers to the first three usually separate the options fastest. To prepare the price list you will enter into whichever app you choose, see pilates class prices in Indonesia.
When Vlora fits, and when it does not
Vlora fits if:
- Your studio sells classes with limited spots, such as reformer, and the busy slots sell out.
- Your class pack and cancellation rules are detailed, and you want the system to run them instead of the front desk. See Class packs, memberships & rules.
- You want clients to pay by QRIS or Virtual Account at checkout, with the money going to the studio’s own payment account. See QRIS payments and finance reports.
- You run more than one branch, perhaps in different time zones. See studios with several branches.
- Many of your clients are travellers who come once, as in Canggu, Ubud or Seminyak.
Vlora may not fit if:
- You want to compare prices straight from the website without talking to anyone. Bukujanji, ForEach Pilates, Olahrago, Rezerv, Vibefam and EasyWeek list their prices.
- You are an instructor teaching a few classes a week on your own. Olahrago’s Solo plan or EasyWeek’s free plan may be enough.
If your studio matches the first list, see booking software for pilates studios or booking software for yoga studios, then book a 30-minute demo with your own classes and rules.
